Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What are the shipping charges for orders within India?

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 499. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time varies depending on your location. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or through our delivery partner's platform.

What happens if I am not available to receive the delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order multiple times. If you are unavailable, they will leave a notification, and you can arrange for re-delivery or pick up your order from the nearest delivery center.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is shipped, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. Please double-check your shipping details during the checkout process to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?
