Kundalini and Self-Realization: The Journey Back to Our True Home Through Spiritual Energy

Every human being has spiritual Energy which is asleep below the base of the spine. This Energy, which is responsible for involution and later for evolution, is known as Kundalini in the East, where its related theory is developed to the highest extent. Almost all religions and faiths have their own practices to awaken this Energy, which leads to liberation from falsehood and Self-Realization. The purpose of this book is to show that Kundalini is the common denominator in most religions. It is shown that householders have greater chances of success and lesser problems than celibates. The awakening takes place when the masculine and feminine aspects in the aspirant have come to a balance, and this brings an overall change in the personality, as a result of rebirth.

Normally we have a fixed destiny. The "psychic sense" flashes some important events which could be turning points. The exercise of "free will" can change the course of events. Over several life-times the Soul develops a separate personality, called Psychic Being or High-Self, which connects the Soul to God. A person with awakened Kundalini becomes the master of his own destiny, the cycle of death and rebirth is broken and the ultimate reality "Existence-Knowledge-Bliss" is realized.
